The Vision Centers are GROWING again and we are looking to hire full-time Optical Sales Associates to join our team. We are a full-service optical center with the knowledge, skills, and expertise needed to help our patients in Las Vegas look and feel their best.

Our ideal candidate would have experience with:

• Previous optical or office experience a plus
• Customer service & retail experience an asset
• Point of Sale systems, computers, technology
• Sales experience a plus

Duties and responsibilities would include:

• Attracting and bringing new clientele to the office
• Product upselling
• Greet all customers with a warm welcome
• Show urgency to providing service to customers & satisfying their needs
• Listens to the needs & priorities of the customer and provide the perfect product solutions
• Attention to detail and asks customers appropriate questions for clarity and consults with the Optician as needed
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge
• Custom fit glasses an accurately place prescription lenses
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction at all times and request referrals
